A special "THANK YOU" to all participants in Unity's first Art & Soup Sale: the artists for sharing their works; the cooks for donating delicious soups, cornbread and desserts; the volunteers for their donations of time, talent and goods; and finally to our friends and neighbors who stopped by to join us for an afternoon of celebrating and fundraising.  Let's do it again!

To Juanita Ruth One's workshop. This simple but powerful method has helped me already this week. I have talked about this workshop to others to share and reinforce (for myself) the benefits of this heart-felt approach.
