To all UKV Members and Attendees,
There will be a church-wide meeting and pot-luck on January 17, 2010 following our regular service. We will be discussing the new church and preparations needed before we can move in and begin services. Our target date for our first service at Myrtle Road is March 7th. .
The UKV Board of Trustees has broken the restoration efforts into "job" teams so that a person doesn't feel necessary to be involved in every effort. So far, we have the job teams below. As the restoration progresses, I'm sure there will be additional opportunities and that larger processes will be split into more manageable projects.

We will be discussing the overall organization of teams and skills. The board will convey their ideas and we'd also like to begin getting an idea of what you would all like to see happen with this new space.
Please consider what teams and projects you'd like to be involved in. This is truly an awesome opportunity to make this "Your Church" and any contribution will be welcomed and cherished! If you have a design idea, please be prepared to share it. Bring drawings or pictures of examples so that we can share in your vision. Feel free to forward any electronic content in PowerPoint, Jpeg or Gif Picture format or HTML.
