Forgive Everyone Everything, a lesson with Sky
Music this Sunday
Ron Sowell, Jack Kennedy, and Ryan Kennedy.
Music prelude starts at 10:45
Sunday Workshop after the Service at 12:30
Sky will be leading a workshop on "Inner Focusing." Focusing is a way to get in touch with subtle parts of one's self. It is a wonderful way to pray silently and to connect with one's inner core. This will be an introductory workshop, the first of three. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Focusing
Many Thanks for all the Helping Hands this week!
Wesley for painting the nursery and mediation room
Linda A, Gerie Ann and Pam for starting to clear clutter in our hallway
Blue, Matt, Ruth, and Pam H for getting and unloading kitchen cabinets for the Manse
So much is going on, it is hard to keep track of, please let me what I have missed so we can recognize your contribution!
Sanctuary Sound System Project
You are welcome to join as a partner in this project, no contribution is too small.
Seeking Sunday School Teachers
Our growth has started to overwhelm our wonderful Sunday School teachers, Mindy, Judy, and Lisa. Our goal is to teach Unity principles that they can use in their lives, and to teach spirituality without fear. We would like to have enough teachers so we can divide the group into two classes. Our intention is that each service will be taped and available to the teachers on-line and by cd, so teachers will not "miss out" on the adult gathering.
Seeking a Child Care-Giver
We would also like to have a child care-giver for the youngest kids (all those little boys!) This could be a paid position. Please let me know of any wonderful baby-sitters or collage age kids you know who might be interested!

And Remember: You are a Child of God! You are a Blessing!

Thank you God for the miracle that is my life!

When I adopt an attitude of gratitude, I create a shift in my outlook. Instead of seeing problems, I see opportunities. Instead of feeling hopeless, I feel hopeful. By focusing on what is working well, I invite more of the same.
When I let others know, "I am grateful for you," I create a connection of love and understanding. Through these simple words, I help others see their own beauty and the contribution they make in the world.
Through prayer, meditation or journal writing, I begin and end each day reflecting on the many ways Spirit blesses me. I approach life in a state of gratitude. I see the magnificence all around me, and I am filled with joy for all the good in this world.
